My Fiber Diet Blog

The best way to keep track of a diet's success is to write it down. For me, I will do this on a regular base in my fiber diet blog. Why am I using an online blog? First of all I can update it from anywhere where I have access to a computer and second it is public. This means it puts a little more pressure on me. And pressure means more motivation to succeed.
I will try to keep the blog update with all necessary data. I will also include recipes or specific food suggestions that I found helpful in my diet. Sharing the knowledge is something I love to do a diet blog is a great way to do this.
In my blog I will also write about about my cleansing process. I bought the Dual Action Cleanse and I will report exactly how it worked out for me.
